The annual Stepping Out for Your Heart will be held on October 18, 2008 at the Northeast Campus of Tift County High School. The events and times are as listed:
5K Run at 8:00 a.m., Kids Run at 8:30 a.m. Champions Walk at 8:45 a.m., 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 9:00 a.m., Awards Ceremony at 9:15 a.m. and
