Renee Moorman Scholarship Awarded

The Tift Regional Medical Center Foundation recently presented Ashley McDaniel, LPN on Medical West, with the Renee Moorman Scholarship. The Renee Moorman Scholarship is a $1,500 award, which is presented to an LPN who is pursuing their RN degree; and was implemented to help with expenses associated with school. This scholarship is funded by Dr. and Mrs. Larry Moorman and family in memory of the late Renee H. Moorman, due to Renee’s passion for nursing.
Ashley has been an LPN at Tift Regional for four years and currently attends Southwest GA Technical College to fulfill her goal of becoming an RN. To find out more about the Renee Moorman Scholarship, call the Foundation at (229) 391-3310.
